Student Accommodation

Accommodation for students and some scholars is offered by University College at the University of Melbourne. There are three types of rooms:

Student Rooms with breakfast and shared bathroom facilities

Ensuite Rooms with breakfast and private bathroom facilities

Graduate Apartment with breakfast and private bathroom facilities (limited)

Rooms are for single occupancy and include wifi, daily continental and hot breakfast, and weekly linen changes.

The pricing offered for rooms requires a minimum stay of 7 nights and does not include lunches or dinners. If you would like to include lunches and/or dinners during your stay, please select them separately for the total number.

Expression of Interest: Student Accommodation

We are organising student accommodation at University College on campus. Before we secure a group booking, we need to know how many people will book which rooms and meals, and the dates of their stay. Once we have this secured information, we can formalise the booking.

At that point, you will be invoiced to pay for the room.

Please note that refunds cannot be made for last minute cancellations after payment has been made.

Additional Meals

The symposium venue will provide morning tea and afternoon tea (small snacks, tea, and coffee) daily except for Wednesday.

Lunch is not provided by the venue, but the venue cafe will be open during lunch to purchase food. Purchasing lunch and dinner daily is the responsibiity of delegates.
